I have been a member of the Tunisian Bar since 2009. Business law is central to my practice, including contracts, shareholder relationships, debt recovery and commercial litigation. My work includes drafting agreements for the sale and lease of a fonds de commerce and handling the agreed formalities. I also handle real estate, criminal, family and employment matters, customs disputes and cases before military courts.
